An out of the way little house that looks like a local take out pizza joint. Walk in and there are a few tables. Sit down and order and get some of the best Italian food I have had in Ottawa. Ask what the special is, you never know. We stared wit a sausage appetizer that is to die for, flavorful and spiced just right. There were 6 of us so we all ordered different things and tried each others. There was not a loser in the bunch. Skip the insalata, it is just greens on a plate. The veal picatta was outstanding and the pastas were great. Get the house wine, the night we were there it was a very good valpolicella.
You will need reservations here very soon, best to call before had anyway.

Have been here several times. One of our family's favorite restaurants. The food was great, as always, but last visit, service was a bit slow. My dad had the fish special of the day (can't remember what it was) and he loved it. Good size portions - we always take leftovers home!
