An out of towner, I came to this facility for my regular Saturday morning Curves workout. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent, up-to-date equipment. It's quite small in square footage(you need to use each machine twice and they're placed very close together)but what made the experience FABULOUS was the trainer on duty -- Catherine. She stayed with me the entire time giving tips on how the new machines work and constant encouragement. A total professional. If only we could clone her!

The Manager,at this Club, is exceptional.I had been having problems with my membership as I could not book fitness classes.Liz helped me navigate this every step of the way.
