Contracted Liftlock to waterproof one third of my house. They provided me with a detailed estimate of work, which was competitively priced. The contract outlined every step and the duration of work. Instead of taking three days they finished in one day. Before hiring them water was streaming into the basement, after not a single drop of water was coming through. They are very letspersonable and respectful and anytime I had a question they explained everything. I would definitely recommend them. Read more

We have lived in Newmarket for over 25 years (in the same house as well) S R. Gillis has installed and serviced our air conditioning and furnace when we need anything to be done. Our furnace was over 30 years old and finally had to be replaced. Stan and his employees were so helpful during this time. The temperature was -17c and Stan was quick to drop off some extra heaters to help us through the cold couple of days while they were working to get everything up and running even with the limited working space in our 1886 cellar!
