I was very impressed by the last service call. I have been using Omer Refrigeration & Heating for several years and was always satisfied. The last service call was about the furnace that needed to be replaced on a Saturday afternoon. Omer was outstanding at negotiating to get a furnace with the supplier that was closing in two minutes. Omer got the furnace, they worked until 900 p.m. to complete the installation. That is customer service! at it's best! Read more
