I’ve been to Dog and Bear many times. It’s a traditional British style pub. It’s laid back and chill, not a place for an event but definitely a place to hang out with the friends and grab some pints. Football(soccer) lovers as owners the screens always have good matches on during the season. The value you get for half the price as the big players like the kegs. We are playing our next evening out to see if this was a one time perfect steak. We've been to the Granite Brewery a number of times as the food is always fantastic with generous portions. In addition to the delicious food, they have a good selection of their own brews. We especially enjoyed their Ringwood, a delightful blonde. There are different atmospheres for different tastes, but at the Granite Brewery they have several to choose from. Two excellent patios, a bar, and a family restaurant area, all designed for comfort. The rear patio looks particularly amazing, but as it was raining, we'll just have to wait until next time to try it out. It should also be noted that the Granite Brewery has free parking with easy access. The Granite Brewery gets our highest recommendation and we will be back soon. Read more

Excellent meal. Service was great - waitress was fun and checked on us every so often to see how we were doing. Food? Delicious! My burger was great, and the rest of my family thought good of the restaurant as well. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The old-fashioned chalkboard written deals and combos scattered across the restaurant felt like good-old home. I tell you all, this is my new FAVORITE place to eat. I had a bite of chicken fingers, too -- HeAvEnLy! If you decide to dine here, you won't be disappointed, I guarantee it!
