Arrived late, cook had left but as we just left without food, the owner and his wife invited us back in and his chef wife made wonderful chicken Alfredo and done in seemingly minutes. The service was worth the trip alone and the delicious portions filled this 270 pound (123kg) hearty eater. The waiter, Ray, extremely nice and the owner introduced wife after we finished. I had the grilled seabass (fantastic) and my wife had a steak also good. The wine selection is honest and earthy with emphasis on portuguese and well priced. We come here to celebrate our one year anniversary and only because they have $1 oysters after 5pm. We figured we would have a 5 or 6 dozen and then head out to a lite dinner and some dancing. We never left Biffs. From the amazing service to having the evening manager come over to talk to us, everything here was wonderful. We ended up eating 8 dozen oysters, a bottle of champagne andtwo bottles of wine as well as the Scotch Eggs, Oh me oh my the scotch eggs here are to die for and you will not regret ordering them. We stayed for 5 hours enjoying thre ambience and each others talks. At the end of the night ( we closed the restaurant ) they brought us a complimentry dessert with happy anniversary wriiten in chocolate on it. Nice touch! I highly recommend this restuarant for dinner, business or personal. $1 oysters people! You cant go wrong. Amazing service Fresh and tasty food What are you waiting for? Make a reservation now! lol.
