Upon discovering this place, I have been at least once a week either for a pot of tea, a quick lunch or a dinner with my partner. The atmosphere is relaxed and not rushed - the dining room is relatively small so service is able to see when you are in need of anything. Everything on the menu is vegetarian and so full of flavor! Sometimes restaurants will just give you the meat version without the meat and that will be their vegetarian options but here you get treated to refined and practiced vegetarian dishes. I’ve been coming here since they first opened.I have noticed changes in the food portions.Twice now I have ordered #140 Malaysian Seafood Laksa Rice Noodle Soup in extra-large.It is disappointing.The actual bowl itself is large enough to serve four people.The noodle portion can fill a small coffee mug, the entire bowl is just soup, or seasoned broth. Some random seafood item and that is it. I had to make dinner after leaving because I was still hungry. Aside from that, I love this place. Read more

Have been twice now- one business lunch and then was so pleased took the hubby. Ordered from daily special menu both time, Good deal- lunch was soup/app & main , dinner was app/main & dessert. Great price & wonderful food. Best Mango Creme Brule ever - and what was that raspberry/chocolate sauce YUMM! Steaks were melt in the mouth. So much food on both occassions had huge doggie bags to enjoy later. How can anyone not Luv this place. Beautiful, great friendy service, washrooms to die for and the food Martha, oh the food! I've been to my share of Thai and Vietnamese restaurants in the region, and Northern Thai certainly ranks near the top. The place is clean, if a bit dated in its decor. (And please, if you see this: change your front signage. Blah!) If you've never heard Thai pop music before, you're in for a treat for the next hour or so. Service is always attentive, courteous and mostly friendly. As with most Thai places, very willing to accommodate for vegetarians, too. The food is colourful, fresh and immensely tasty. Plenty of cilantro and basil to go around for all! The vegetables are plentiful and cooked to perfection. I'm particularly a fan of their Thai sticky rice, a nice change of pace from the standard jasmine rice that most places only offer: dense, flavourful, and arriving in it's own small steam basket. Their vegetable curries are jam-packed with a large variety of fresh veggies and thinly sliced tofu. Om nom noms, indeed! Read more
