I was sold the wrong tire rims from a Fountain Tire in Alberta last Spring. When I went to put my winter tires on a week ago, I found out about the mistake. I went to the Pembina Fountain Tire and they took full responsibility and fixed the problem promptly. They contacted the Alberta Fountain Tire, switched my tires to proper rims, and on top of all that- put my winter tires on, free of charge. My vehicle had been vandalized and brought to All Star Collision to have it repaired. The quality of work was excellent and the staff was friendly, helpful courteous as well as knowledgeable. I received a loaner while I waited for the repair of my vehicle (despite not having the MPI insurance for loss of vehicle). The only reason it did not receive a 5 out of 5 was they were a little vague on timelines and it took longer than expected. Overall it was a great experience. Read more
