I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. I've been going here on and off for a long time. Staff is always friendly and welcoming with a relaxing decor. My favorite is Shauna but they have a new girl named Abbi who is someone I will definitely go back to. Friendly, confident and competent I had one of the most unexpectedly amazing experiences I have had ever just by her refreshingly happy and positive outlook which was the icing on the cake.
