I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. Surena is an amazing and the best person at this job. I would recommend her to people who wants to get an awesome service because she cares about her clients and makes you feel comfortable. I had an worst experience before with another person at Toronto but Surena changed my perception about the eyelash extension.
