After having been abandoned by the dentist I first went to in Victoria, I happened upon Dr Serink and her team. I called on a Monday morning and they were able to book me in for an appointment the following morning. I subsequently had work done in a kind and professional manner, alleviating my concerns and being grateful for finding a dental office that put my fears to rest. dr baker is the best rheumatologist in victoria.I was in a car accident last january which unfortunatly left me with wide spread body pain and unexplainable symptoms 6 diffrent drs where unable to dx me but when i finally was able to see dr baker for the first time he was able to dx me with in 10 min of seeing him.I would highly recommend this dr to anyone expecially if you are suffering with fibromyalgia like iam and arthritis.He cares about his patients and does everything in his power to help you control your pain.If you need to discuss anything to do with your medications he will return your phone call at the end of the day and if you email him he will email you back.I dont know of any specialist that will do this for his patients.Over all i would rate him with 5 stars.I would recommend him to my family and friends.He can be behind time but its only because he takes the time with his patients.

We feel so lucky to have Dr. Hartford as our family physician. He has supported us in our health pursuits and Cindy, his receptionist, is incredible as well. She always has a friendly, welcoming voice, taking care of your concerns and running everything so smoothly and efficiently. We feel so lucky to have Dr. Hartford and Cindy on our side!

I had a new crown affixed to tooth 37, a molar at the bottom left of my mouth in September/October 2020. Dr. John Keyes of Vancouver Island Prosthodontics performed this procedure. I found him to be a highly trained, careful, gentle and most excellent prosthodontist. He was very patient, explained every step of the procedure as he went thought the process and most patient with all my questions. Without reservation I highly recommend this prosthodontist! He is the best in the business.

Truly amazing human being! Kind gentle caring person who will definitely put you at ease as he discusses your treatment plan. Follow up is incredible. He visited me three times during my six days in the hospital to see how I was feeling and even called me on the phone two months later to check on how my recovery was going.
