After two years of Covid, I was finally able to get my first check up in a long while; what a welcoming sight walking into a newly renovated office, doesn't look dark and dreary anymore. Likely saved my life! Nearly one year anniversary now after I was flown to Prince Rupert Hospital for urgent surgery to clear up a severe Sepsis infection created when a Specialist in Vancouver unknowingly nicked my bowel during a robotic arm surgery procedure. Was flown to Prince Rupert hospital to clean that up. I found Dr. Nel extremely reassuring and he visited me often in the ward to check on me. I will always be so thankful for his expertise.
