I went to the Tillicum Mall medical clinic today and was impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the office staff. I was greeted by Pat and Cathy and found them to be extremely helpful and polite to my situation. They were fully booked at the time and they didn’t need to go above and beyond - but they did. My wife and I having been going to the Mayfair Chatters for years and I can't think of a complaint. The young lady's working the reception are courteous and helpful and the stylists are even better. The wife sees Kylee and I go in for Carrie and both of these artists keep us looking sorted and presentable. Admittedly I just get a cut, but the missus spends hours getting coloured and coiffed. And she always turns heads. The salon is almost always full of great energy and there's a tattooed fella in the middle who's everybody's best friend (or little brother, it's tough to tell). Highly recommended on account of their mix of professionalism, talent, and convenience. They are in a mall after all. Read more
