We deal with the Tillicum Rona often and have been happy with their service, however we had an issue with a bathroom vanity we recently purchased and weren't getting a good response from the store. Fortunately we were lucky to be able to deal with "Shane". She not only arranged to pick up the damaged one she helped us pick out a new one an arranged delivery promptly. Excellent care for my dog with two emergency surgeries in I think 4 days. The staff were amazing, the vets even more so. They fully explained everything. There were long waits but they sent us home and they were very helpful when you call to check in. They were there when we needed them with so much empathy when you are an emotional wreck. High recommend for an emergency... and yes, an emergency where patients are triaged. There may be a wait. Read more

My elderly mother had a new phone she needed to get a sim card for and he went out of his way to listen, was patient and addressed her directly which she appreciated, and even though nobody was sure of the server he tried his best to fix he problem, and came up with the best solution.
