I booked an Inspection with Alberta Chimney Sweep and the Inspector walked me through the whole process, I had alot of questions and he took the time to explain them in a way I would understand. There was some repairs needed,and he showed me what needed repair. Also he made me drawings so if I wanted I could get someone else to do the repairs or do them myself. This company was very professional in helped me through email and over the phone to make sure my repairs were done correctly, as I did the repairs myself. They didn't charge me a cent for helping me. Needless to say I am very happy with there service.

I will agree that the wait times can be pretty long, especially during weekends and peak hours. However, in my experience, I have been here a number of times, and seen a variety of doctors and have been quite pleased with all of them, (and that is quite a compliment from me). Compared to other clinics I have been to around Sherwood Park, I will keep coming back to Rexall Medicenter.

Our Frigidaire washing machine shut down and we were referred to Aptco by the original retail company. It was a very complicated repair and Aptco did not give up in finding the source of the issue. They ended up taking the washer to their service centre, replacing all the major components, and because it was no longer under warranty, only charging a fraction of what the final bill should have been. I couldn't disagree with Ricky more. Perhaps things have changed over the past three or so years, but all staff at this Recall are always courteous and the pharmacy staff especially are not only friendly but extremely knowledgable.
I've never had to wait an undue amount for a prescription to be filled, and I've never been treated less than exceptionally well.
(And no, I don't work there nor do I personally know anyone who does. It's simply a well-run business).

I find the proprietor to be forthright and knowledgeable. he has provided repair service for our sewing machine, lawn mower, and chain saw. When I read some of the other reviews, I do wonder how complicit the writers are in rousing an abrupt response from a business owner who has no patience for entitled behaviour or other such nonsense.
