I had recently gone to my dealership and they had told me numerous things were wrong with my brakes and quoted me a large price to fix the problem. Something didn't feel right.
I then went to Merson to put on my winter tires and to inspect my brakes. Merson did the same inspection and pointed out that my front brakes did need changing but then proved to me how my back brakes were never checked by the dealership. My back brakes were fine!
Since there was very few repairs that were required, the cost was 55% cheaper than what my dealership had quoted me.
What I liked most about Merson was their honesty. When they found issues with my vehicle above and beyond what they were to be looking for, they brought me into the garage to show me the situation. They also kept me in the loop the entire time I was waiting, frequently coming out to see me and updating me on the status of what they were doing and asking me how I wanted to proceed. It became obvious as I waited that this was not unique treatment to a new customer. It was their standard. Merson employees frequently came from the garage into the waiting room seeking out customers and asking questions about their vehicle, making suggestions, updating them and in some cases like mine, showing the customer unique issues that needed attention.
Merson treats everyone with the same respect. You never have that feeling that they are trying to trick you and the entire time you wait, you come to realize that these people respect your vehicle, treating it like your property and not their toy to make money.

Je suis une nouvelle cliente à cette clinique et j'ai été impressionnée par la qualité du service. Autant l'hygiéniste que le dentiste ont vraiment pris le temps de bien faire les choses. Vraiment super, je suis contente de m'être fait recommandé cette clinique, alors je la recommande à mon tour. Aussi, les prix sont bien plus raisonnables qu'ailleurs et pas de frais d'ouverture de dossier.

On aime beaucoup aller en couple ou en famille bruncher au Lendemain de veille! Bon concept pour copieux et délicieux brunchs sur mesure et abordables : que de choix pour garnir nos assiettes, cest vraiment le fun et bon. Par exemple on peut accompagner nos oeufs avec une succulente bavette et des légumes grillés (miam!), on peut donner une touche mexicaine avec du guacamole, de la purée de fèves noires etc. On adore! Certains trouvent le restaurant un peu bruillant, mais ça énergise!
