Working for such a organization however is incredibly challenging. Employee's are not well paid , and drive 100's of km's per week to serve it's in home clients. The Red Cross employee can never count on a consistent pay cheque ,as their hours vary from none to over 60 in some cases... Came to this store from out of town with a coolant issue. They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away.
