I've seen 5 dentists regarding my ingrown wisdom tooth. Dr. Ma was the only one willing to extract only the affected tooth. Other dentists insisted on extracting 2 teeth (hence setting me up for a future implant), b/c it would be easier and double the $$ for them (plus the future implant!). My appointment with Dr. Ma started on time, give or take 5 min. The receptionist and assistant were friendly, professional and helpful. Dr. Ma worked very hard the whole hour and did an excellent job.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and the dentist was patient and answered all of my questions. The reception staff are also really helpful and accommodating. I really appreciate that they check my insurance and tell me all the options I have available regarding my treatment.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Dr. D. Edwards, gynecologist, and his amazing nurse Taniquea at Scarborough Centenary Hospital. Today was my first time meeting Dr. Edwards for a colposcopy. During Covid 19 my daughter developed a aggressive infection which lead to a emergency root canal. Dr Ben took her in right away and he and his staff where amazing with her. They made our visit to the office very comfortable considering both (2) terrible circumstances. Highly recommended

Dr Kozak cares about his patients in a way that we haven't experienced in many years. He took the time to listen to each member of the family as we were onboarded a few years ago. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, balanced, and open minded. We appreciate him so much, as we have a couple of chronically ill family members who have been failed miserably by the Health Care system. Dr Kozak truly does his very best to compensate for the failings of that system within the limits imposed on him.

The office is bright and nicely finished with a large selection of frames and sun glasses. They sell only the most up to date lenses, so you know you are getting the best quality pair of glasses available.
The eye exam was the most detailed eye exam I have ever had. They take pictures of your eyes in order to monitor for any changes in eye health between exams, they explain everything they are doing. It was great. I even took my 6 month old baby for his first eye exam.
