Extremely satisfied with Theodore & Pringle. I accidentally placed my glasses down next to a lit candle. Not sure how it happened, but they flipped over, right into the flame. Melted the plastic off the arm and they were my favourite pair! While shopping in the Real Canadian Superstore, I mentioned my blunder. They fixed them free by using a pair that had been donated! They have done more for me than any other. Many times they have gone above & beyond. I love their 50% off sales!
