Eric is highly recommended. Easy to talk with, accommodating, did a perfect job on the rear bumper. When a daughter saw a rear light burnt out, I thought perhaps they had touched the wires. Asked if he could see the car I brought it in the next day and left it there, but upon return home, he had found the problem and repaired it, two burned out lights, which he did not charge for. That's what happened to me. My Tesla has issues in the first week after I bought it. Zack told me to take it directly to Tesla to get it fixed.
