They have an amazing inventory of supplements. I did not know what product could help an ailment and the helpful staff gave me several suggestions: not pushing the most expensive option either! Having gone there for many years I've learned that Cathy is the owner and often has new surprising suggestions to help. Dedicated to your restoration of your balanced health. Wow - my wife and I visited Nelson from Vancouver in December for some skiing in the Kootenay Rockies. We stayed in Nelson for a night and went to All Seasons Cafe for dinner. The food was amazing and very well presented. They also have an excellent wine list. The bill came to a little over 100 bucks for the 2 of us (including a nice bottle of wine). Entrees are in the 20-30 dollar range, but well worth it. We don't usually splurge on dining, but a few of the locals recommended this place and we were very impressed. It would compare to some of the finer restaurants in Vancouver for a dining experience. The staff was very friendly as well. If you are looking for a romantic dinner, All Seasons is two thumbs up!

Wow!!! Incredible selection!!! The staff are extremely knowledgeable too. I really enjoyed shopping today. I got most of my shopping done in one store! They have a great return policy which is important to me. (They give you 30 days after Christmas to get a full money refund or to do an exchange which is great when you are buying for others). Im a happy local shopper that will be back next time for sure. Awesome store! :)

Really great service and food. we went in with a group of 11(9adult and 1child and 2babies). They handled everything awesome. My child spilled his milk and the server was there in a sec with a cloth and new milk. Thank you for a great dinner out!
