I highly recommend this pharmacist- knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, professional and kind. Always knows who I am and greets me by name. It is part of the west 10th 'community', a rapidly disappearing concept in the once lovely Vancouver. Awesome service! I was in the UBC hospital and the nurse faxed my prescription and it was delivered in about 30 minutes. They even adjusted the bill after finding out I had extra insurance on site! Thank you Winney and the rest of the staff of IDA for such excellent service. Read more
