Akimi Sushi is one of our fave restaurants in Richmond Hill. My wife and I, and our son have lunch, and sometimes, dinner there about once a week. The staff is very friendly, especially if you start a conversation. We love their sushi, which is always fresh and delicious. My wife is more into tempura than sushi, which is very light and delish. Never had anything to complain about since we found this little gem 4 years ago. The decor is light, fresh and clean. So are the bathrooms. Read more

Went for lunch at Sushi Ginza due to the great ratings on here. I am glad I went. The place was not busy at all and my friend and I got a table quickly. I had the sashimi salad lunch special and my friend had the Sushi Roll lunch special. Each special came with tempera chips, 2 pieces of calamari, 2 pieces of salmon type roll, a potato croquette, and fruits. I also ordered the torpedo roll (smoke salmon, tempera shrimp, tataki tuna) which is really delicious name maybe right. The sashimi salad was really yummy. Big portion all around.
