I have had shoulder and neck issues for a long time and because I travel a lot I have tried many clinics in many cities. That makes me a good judge when it comes to these services (maybe i should quit my job and become a pro critique. lol) anyways, I've had chiro (dr. rabi) & massage (hilary) sessions at altima and happy with both. i usually ask many questions but they always take their time answering me. also kudos for booking my appointments back to back (huge time saver)

Great experience. They took the time to explain all of the features of the car and would not let me buy it until I drove it. There was no pressure put on me and after being treated so well and falling in love with car I bought it. I took my 2017 Chevy Volt in for its 5yr coolant flush(this particular vehicle has 3 separate coolant systems). My service adviser Jeremy was polite, attentive and did not try to sell me something I did not need at the moment. They performed the service and my car was ready for pickup at the promised time for a lower price then what was originally estimated. They even plugged it into a battery charger and was fully charged for me. What else can you ask for. Fantastic service department.
