Bought my first battery and tank setup and juices from them. The tank had a defective coil that was plugged to start and they replaced it free. Very helpful informative employees and friendly as well. Highly reccomend their services i might have saved a few dollars buying parts online but im so happy i decided to go through them instead.

Oven board relay was broken. New part was min $600 and one technician was surprised we would consider replacing it and not just buying an entire new oven. Our oven is only 2 years old. Doug took the board and fixed the relays instead and I am so happy we didn't have to buy a new oven. I know he is hard to get a hold of sometimes but he is very kind and helpful, just very busy.

I am SO happy that Tim Hortons came to Oakbank. Now I can feed my coffee addiction 3 times a day! I rated their service "good" as it has gotten A LOT better from when it first opened four months ago, and continues to get quicker service times. The store front still needs a little work, but it has improved and looks like it will just continue to. The owners are always there, and are really friendly and accommodating. Thanks Tim Hortons!

Needed to take my elderly mom to HSC. Switchboard/dispatcher was super helpful in setting up appointment. Driver arrived right on time, was really nice, totally professional, also very considerate in driving - tried to avoid rough patches as best he could. Got to the appointment in plenty of time.
When we needed the return ride, we called and the van was there in just a few minutes. We totally recommend this service!
