Toni-Marie is highly dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals. She is very knowledgeable and she always provides modifications for exercises when required. I find that each workout session is different and that I am constantly challenged. I have been training with Toni-Marie for about two and half months now, and I can honestly say I have noticed a difference in my fitness level. In this short time, I have become stronger, am able to perform cardiovascular exercises for longer durations and at higher levels than what I started at.
