I got 3 quotes on replacing my furnace. I only received a dollar value from the other companies, while Murv took the time to examine everything thoroughly, and seemed more knowledgeable about the work. He made recommendations on improving air flow and efficiency that the others did not, and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand.
