Gina was excellent! She took extra care to figure out the pain in my neck and was able to solve the issue with instant relief. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!
