Was an AMAZING experience from start to finish. My appointment was at 7:30am. Staff was already in place, smiling, professional, organized and ready to start. Dr. Rocci's service has been excellent in the 20 years or so I have been seeing him for my chiropractic need. His facilities both in Burlington and Hamilton has always been very clean whenever I attend.
Dr. Rocci prices are very competitive, I believe, and his assistants does an excellent job in managing the schedule, so wait time is limited, the longest I've had to wait is 5-minutes. He also has senior rates.

My first visit to this dental clinic, from the moment I walked in I was treated like a long time friend. The front desk staff called me by name, introduced themselves, talked with me regarding the changes made due to the Covid restrictions and new processes I would be unfamiliar with. My hygienist took time to explain what she would be doing as she did it. Each staff member that entered the room, announced and introduced themselves. Direct billing and free parking was a welcomed change
