Very thorough examination, then excellent follow up on any problems. Would highly recommend this group of dentists, especially Dr Mark, because he has taken care of my teeth. A crown on a back molar, and repair on a broken tooth, have both been dealt with very professionally, with good results. Dental hygienist is the best.

I can honestly say that Dr. Pallo is the best dentist I have ever been in the care of.
His office is always spotless. It does smell like a dentists office though. (Which actually makes sense due to how sanitary everything always is.)
His staff is the kind and professional. Dr. Pallo, himself, is very nice and a fountain of information.
At no point in the 20+ years I have been going here have I ever left feeling less then satisfied with my visit or like I was bamboozled.

I had the best experience when I took my boyfriend here. They were so warm and inviting when we first walked in, the dentist was very informative and went above and beyond to help my boyfriends pain. Just moved to St Thomas and needed a place to bring my family to the dentist. Great first experience. They made the switch from our old dental office really easy. The office seems very nice and modern. What I like is that they billed my insurance directly so I didn't have to pay for anything out of pocket. They were really good with my kids too and made it an overall pleasant experience.

He was kind and seemed to know all about me and my condition before I ever got there--some patients are a high priority to gossip about; he checked me over and suggested I use peroxide and Listerine Zero to gargle; he also got me to agree that McCrae and Wickens had saved my life--there's nothing to be done anyway--progresive and hopeless and fatal. As I said to Dr. Sukerman, "A little honesty would be nice." Hmmm-what the doctors don't say.
