The dental hygienist did not use scented products or perfumes, which is wonderful for a person like me with scent sensitivities.
Dr. Jeffery was very respectful to the hygienist and to me. He did not try to push expensive procedures, and even told me the expensive procedures were not necessary (another dentist had tried to push expensive procedures on me, so this was a refreshing change).

Have been going to the Croutze dental clinic ( Edmonton) for almost 35 years and we switched to the Tudor Glen (Brian Croutze) about a year ago- We found the staff extremely friendly and accommodating and as soon as you are a client they call you by your name each time. Wonderful dentist for children and adults. Dr. Breault takes the time to listen to your concerns. Everyone in the office is wonderful and friendly. You rarely have to wait for your appt to start, which means that they book enough time for each appt. I have seen first hand that they care more about their patients then money.
