The clinic is beautiful and very clean! I appreciated the direct billing insurance but the main reason I recommend them is because of Dr. Chin. I always get the sense that hes looking out for my best interest and very genuine! Oh and even though its downtown there is free parking. I almost got confused the first time i was there. Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. I know where we'll buy our next furnace. Read more

I don't usually leave reviews but I got to see their brand new office at Chinook centre Sunday and it's amazing, worth a visit just to see it! It's just down the hallway from their old office and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Roxanne got my exam started and showed me the scans of the inside of my eyes and that was pretty neat. Dr Lathrop got me set up with some new daily contacts that make me actually forget about how dry AB is. They solved my problem I'll definitely be back again! Read more
