My car's alternator unexpectedly started whining and getting louder. Tony had a listen to the problem and agreed the voltage regulator was shot. He had the exact rebuilt alternator I needed on the shelf and promised to have it installed within a few hours. The technician that cleaned my car was AMAZING. I am so impressed by his hard work and attention to detail. The weather was pretty cold and he still took the time to make sure my car was spotless. I think he went above and beyond what I asked for, while being very friendly and polite. I wish I had thought to offer him a coffee or something warm after the service! The service is at the Brentwood location is excellent and super fast! I booked an appointment before I go and I spent less than 20mins at the office as my records have all been pooled from the CRA system and prepared before I even got there. I visited Cochrane Image and Autobody this past week, as I required some work on my Audi A4, due to a minor fender bender that occured a week prior. The quote that I was given for the required work, was less than two additional quotes that I had obtained that week. Additionally the service and workmanship that I received there was exceptional.
I have owned several high end vehicles over the past few years and I can state, without a doubt, that my experience here was incredible. Cochrane Image and Autobody, went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Additional work that I had asked to be carried out last minute, was completed in a timely fashion. Furthermore, my vehicle received a comprehensive cleaning (interior/exterior) at no additional charge. In short, I received superior treatment; better than I recieve from the dealer with which the vehicle was purchased, at a fraction of the cost. I will ensure that all of my vehicles are serviced at this location, moving forward.
