I work in a hospital and am constantly afraid of bringing home bed bugs. When I had a scare I called Bed Bug Mutts. Beyond the service (which ensured I did not have bed bugs), they provided me with education on prevention and detection. I had hired a dog before when in Toronto due to an exposure in the hospital, and Bed Bug Mutts were way more thorough AND less expensive! They flipped over the mattresses, inspected the wood on the futon and had Loola Loo the dog sniff absolutely everything!

Wow, what an absolutely amazing office and staff! I'm so happy I went to this team of professionals....I had my wisdom teeth extracted under sedation. They have low staff turnaround and very friendly environment. They give you honest opinion based on through examination. They also stand behind their work. I remember that once, when my filling got loose after a while, Dr. Montague replaced it free of charge! Now that’s the type of long term quality customer service that so rare these days. We took both of our daughters (3.5 and 1) to get their eyes checked with Dr. Clement Chan, and he did very well to make the eye exam quick and fun for them. My elder daughter had told him about her favourite Disney princess, and Clement prepared a special video of that princess for her to watch during one part of her eye exam. We appreciated Clement's thoroughness and friendliness, and will definitely be back.

The staff that greeted me were very friendly. The office seems to cater to Korean families which I cam not but I felt welcome inside. The facility is modern, clean, and appeared technologically up to date. The dentist I met was knowledgeable and gave me good advice on some missing teeth I had. The hygienist was gentle - no pain!
