They left a job with «loose ends» then never came back to remedy the defects after promising to do so. Im willing to change my rating WHEN the defects are corrected. BTW, THIS entry box needs to ACCEPT correctly-used apostrophes and other diacritical marks, this is CANADA, after all!!!!!
Good news! Finally (ahem!!!) I had a visit and the problem was corrected efficiently and pleasantly. Not all of it, it turned out, was Wymacs work so Im upgrading my review from POOR to VERY GOOD.
