Bob changed my compressor 10 months ago and I've had some noise issues since. Bob made some adjustments to the fridge and called back 2 weeks later to ask if all was satisfactory and to not hesitate calling him back if the noise starts again. I really appreciated the call back.

My mom was having some health issues and kept telling me she could smell gas downstairs. I called the landlord to let her know and explained I was going to call Aslan to come and check it out. The technician arrived rather quickly and discovered the hot water tank was vented back into the house and had a bit of a leak. He corrected the venting and fixed the leak. He was polite, prompt and respectful of my mom's health. She is doing much better and no longer can smell gas, I will use again
