The service was quick and I was greeted with a smile and asked if I wanted anything else. The facilities were very clean. They had just cleaned a few moments before I came in. I’ve been to Dog and Bear many times. It’s a traditional British style pub. It’s laid back and chill, not a place for an event but definitely a place to hang out with the friends and grab some pints. Football(soccer) lovers as owners the screens always have good matches on during the season. If you are there on a day where west Ham and Man U go head to head you will likely see the rivalry as friends and supporters pile in and sit in separate sections of the bar to cheer for their teams. Soup'n Such was one of the greatest chance encounters I've had in a long time.I was in the area for a doctors appointment and went out in search for some healthy, home stile food, and I found it! Soup'n Such makes everything from scratch. They roast their own meats, make all their dressings, put real fruit & vegetables into the smoothies, (best of all) they make every soup on the menu from scratch - adding the bare minimum of salt so you can add to taste. To many people this cooking may appear bland, because we are in an age where foods have an excess about of salt/sugar etc... But for me I would rather add to taste then have too much added before hand. Lastly and most importantly, the thing that will have me returning over an over is...There are No Preservatives in there homemade foods! For me this is a diamond in the rough, reason being, i have a preservative allergy. Check'em out they are worth it! And remember if it seems bland, that means it's all the more fresher ;) Read more

This place is overpriced for what you get. My friend and I shared a light dinner, a glass of wine each and tea, and our bill (with tip and tax) came to $100. I ordered the gnocci in tomato sauce, which was very good, and the bread was tasty. But for a meatless meal with no dessert and no appetizer, the prices are too high. It seems like you're paying for atmosphere. The service was pretty good, but at the end when it got busier we had to signal for service. I think there's better value out there for the money. Seemed like a lot of people there could "expense" their dinners, which explains the crowd. Read more
