My sister brought in my mother with dementia today. It was her first outing since we were forced to put her in a home. The two stylists who helped my mother were so incredibly kind that it brought my sister to tears. Without a big explanation, they just understood. Resonance Hearing Clinic - this clinic delivered everything thing that they promised to do (one competitive all-in up front cost, improved hearing, 3 years of outstanding clinical support so far (e.g., checkups, device support, etc.) - with no apparent end) AND at the end of my first 3 years (usual device warrantee period I believe) I received a huge unexpected delightful hardware orientated bonus that is likely not matched by other clinics - particularly the corporate ones.

Washed my hair for free, almost exclusively used scissors rather than an electric shaver so no loud noise and IMO a better cut anyway, didn't complain when I had to get cash out of the ATM next door, and didn't mind talking to pass the time.
I also got one of the best haircuts I've ever had out of it, for the same price as I would have payed in the city for an assembly line, all shaver, in and out ASAP hack and slash.
