If you don't know East End Garden Centre you're missing out on one of the gems of Toronto! You will not believe how large their garden centre is or what a huge inventory of Annuals & Perennials they have. They also have Shrubs, Trees, Topsoil, Gravel, Rockery, Firewood - you name it, they have it! And so conveniently located on the border of the Beaches & Leslieville with easy parking - a city dweller's dream! Love this place! It's like a secret garden in the heart of downtown toronto. I've been coming here for the past 9 or 10 years.
It's a family-run shop and the owners have been doing this for a while so they have a great eye for plants that people really like.
The plants are always healthy (it seems they're always unloading shipments of new plants when i'm there) and the prices are definitely on the lower end, especially compared to others north of the city. what more can i say? just a really great experience!Read more
