I was pleasantly surprised when the technicians informed me that the oil really didn't need changing (which I knew) and then offered to just drain a little - free of charge - so that the level could get to within its proper range. I've received so many compliments. I just went back and picked up a few extra pieces. The owner was there but her colleague was.
