The two owners, Mike and Luca just finished installing a kitchen tile backsplash for me. Not only did they do a very professional job, they completed the work quickly (in 2 days) and there was no mess. THere price was less than others had quoted me. I am very impressed with their work. Love this place, the owner cares for their members and the staff are amazing! Have been a member here for more than 4 years, won't move anywhere else. We were members of both Shapes and GoodLife and Never will go back! The free yoga is an added bonus! They don't put up with rowdy or meat heads! Highly recommend this place, you won't get lost and you are not a number like other gyms in the area.

Just had the strawberry mango salad. Yum. Fresh, tasty, lots of fruit and chicken pieces and great dressing. Why not 5 Stars? Well nobody is perfect. But this salad comes very close.
