My husband and I were at the Cross Eyed Giraffe Cafe yesterday for the grand re-opening. It was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly. Our hamburgers were juicy and the serving sizes were more than ample. We will definitely return for the freshly baked pies, or perhaps a coffee and a cinnamon roll. The appetizers came through quickly & were delicious. Our steak meals were cooked as requested & other 2 meals were perfect! We chose from the 3 meals for $30 1 appetizer 2 main & 3 for $35 again 1 appetizer 2 main. Fantastic value & great food & service. Pleasant atmosphere & nicely decorated. My fiancée and I enjoyed all five dishes that we tried. The salads and the seafood dishes were all loaded with flavor. What was supposed to be cold was cold and fresh, what was meant to be hot was cooked to accuracy and hot. The presentation of each dish was impressive. Lovely ambiance, service was impeccable.
