Bob does amazing carpet cleaning work that's above and beyond the rest, he's very thorough, and explains in great detail his process for cleaning carpets. I'm very impressed with the work he has done in our Condo Building common areas. Another note, I had two areas in my condo carpet where one of my two cats urinated and he has a special way of cleaning and deodorizing pet pee/poop, so if you have a pet that's done the same as mine Foster's "Expert" Carpet Care is the place to CALL!! The quality of the cabinetry and trim installation was 4.5/5 - we had to have a company installer return on 3 occasions after the initial install to complete work that wasn't finished correctly or not finished at all. The quality of the timing to complete the installation at the agreed to date was 3/5. Overall, I would recommend the quality of the cabinetry offered but would recommend clarifying responsibilities for organizing labour prior to signing contract. Read more
