My wife and I recently hired Michel to install tiles in the entrance to our home. It was not an easy job to say the least, especially given how cold it’s been. When I called Michel, he answered immediately. day after we were given a quote and the day after that he started work. Michel was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job. A real craftsman. Went by this afternoon to pick up a last minute Xmas gift at the Bank and Laurier location - a hand cream that was apparently sold out. I asked the employee at the Beauty products counter if she could help. She saw that it wasnt on the shelf and then spent the next 15 minutes tracking it down at other locations. This wasnt her store problem, but she delivered with exceptional professionalism. Read more
