We were referred to Black's when our mum passed away. She was an avid collector of books, and we wanted to get an opinion on the value of some older books in her collection. Adam and Ana came out to her home in Toronto, and were so helpful and diligent and honest in their approach. We ended up selling most of the collection, and consigning a few of the more valuable ones with them. It was sad to see the collection go but we were happy that they will get to good homes. Couldn't recommend more.

Wonderful experience with Active Management. As new comers to Canada it is very difficult to find a place and feel safe. The ladies in the office were very helpful and informative. I recently had Mr. Electric out to my house to change some plugs. The managers in the office Susan and Sheena were able to book my appointment with in two days. The technician Ben quoted the work and the price was fair and reasonable. He was able to do the job right after he quoted it. Everyone that I spoke with from start to finish made the experience easy. Great store and pharmacy! Friendly staff and classic location, very professional pharmacy that takes their time to explain medication and side effects. They care more about your safety than your money, learned my lesson going to pharmacies located in grocery stores the hard way.
