I was just out last weekend and was very pleased with the service received on all accounts. The staff member answered my questions clearly, he put down what he was involved in and proceeded to take care of the issues I had very quickly and efficiently. The clerks at the front were pleasant and one young lady even assisted me to take my purchases out to the car and helped unload, without even asking! So I will be returning in the future! Very good staff. They listen, are patient, and get the job done to the customer's satisfaction. My family and I have been using this pharmacy you a year now and have been very pleased with the professional care shown by the entire staff. Plus, the building has a huge parking lot that always has space for your car and two exits and entrances that make it easy to come and go. During the winter, the lot and sidewalks are cleared and maintained. Well maintained building inside and out.

This is a family owned business...they care about you....good customer service.....we bought a house with a (18x36)inground pool (july2010) prime summer time....didn't know anything about pools ie: heaters, pump, filters and why my pool was losing water.... went to 3 pool stores in Oshawa and no one had the time to explain to me how to work the system and why i was losing water. So i started googling other stores in the area and decided to try the Pool Store....the owner Judy was excellent at explaining how to work our pump and filter syst. how much chem. to add and the overall maintenance of the pool, explaining the bucket test (for the water loss). We did have a small tear in the liner which was easily repaired. Last year we decided to buy a heater so went back to Judy at the Pool Store....she's honest and will tell you what is good or not so good......she's very knowledgable and she's training her sons very well....they are very polite young men.....I would recommend this store without hesitation........thank you for a job well done and your patience, I will continue to purchase all of my pool supplies there.....you make our summers very pleasant!
