I was astounded by the customer service here. I came in the morning for breakfast. After ordering and promptly receiving my food, I proceeded to finding a seat to eat. As I approached an empty seat the ice coffee on my tray fell off. I then quickly went to look for a staff member to tell them what has happened. Got a very nice deal on a brand new Samsung s25, AND the gentleman kindly included a new case and screen protector after I asked if he could help me out on the price a little. S while not directly off the price of the phone, including some of the accessories was helpful and kind. Also he called me and let me know as soon as my new phone was ready to pick up AND he put it in the case and put on the screen protector. I had been walking for a couple of hours in East Point Park and beofre catching the bus needed to use the toilet. I went into self storage and asked if I could use their facilities. The receptionist Nat, was amazingly friendly and helpful and directed me to the washroom. It was clean and hygenic Thereception area was neat and tidy and well laid out.
