Solely because I was lazy, it’s NYE and I did not want to drive cuz it was cold! lol I was very surprised how good the food is, had the dinner for 4(a) Not salty, the chicken balls where pretty much all chicken!!!!! the food was amazing and the service was very good. once we got our food they asked us if it was all we needed and how we were doing. this is a great place to take your kids. they have amazing different dishes for all age groups. there is even a kids corner for young children to play. I visited Swiss Chalet with low expectations. My four year old son was excited about the toys they offered so we went for a quick dinner. I was pleasently surprised. We sat with a young waitress who I unfortunatly also held low expectations for. At such a young age I doubted that she knew much...however she provided us with better service than we had recieved in a chain..maybe ever. She brought our meals promptly, was attentive, we didnt need to ask for refills, and when my son spilt on himself, she cleaned it all up and even stopped his crying. The food wasn't great, but as long as you have service like that, I would be back anytime. Read more
