I am submitting this review because of my experience with DR Bakken and my experience with this lady. I have ice pick scarring, scars from an assault and I also have a burn on my face. I have spent over $14,000 on my face so far and I am not satisfied. It has caused me a lot of pain because I was not able to access medical care to treat my acne at the time. DR. So impressed with Randy! We discovered significant water damage that insurance wouldn’t cover. Friends referred us to Camper’s RV. Randy spent a lot of time going over the trailer with us, and then did a deeper inspection after we left. My experience at Bower Eye Care has always been very professional and positive. The doctors are always on time with their appointments, they always keep a couple appointment times open for walk-ins (which is awesome if you need to get your eyes checked right away), and the doctor I saw was very informative and polite. I've been coming here for years and I've always left satisfied. I don't wear contacts, but my daughter has them and the staff are always patient and willing to make the extra effort in order to ensure you like the brand you're wearing.
