I am completely satisfied with the services I got at Dr Shams’s office. Everyone there are very patient, polite and friendly. Dr Hariri did a great job on my eyes and he also answered multiple questions I had in the simplest way possible. I never felt as comfortable as I did today in any Eye clinic office. The receptionists go above and beyond. Helen, just to name one, she has gone above and beyond her duties to make sure that everything worked out for me and my prescription, when she didn’t have to. I saw another review saying they don’t answer their phones - that’s not true and if they don’t it’s because they’re so good and busy and literally constantly on the phone or busy helping with patients. They ALWAYS call back when you leave a message. They treat every patient so well.

Sleep evaluation is a challenge. If you are there you likely need to be, so suck it up. This is not a spa, it is a lab. Clinicians are at work. Nothing sexy about it. I have been 2X, testing and follow up. I was treated well, the staff was efficient and the work gets done. You are out of your comfort zone, deal with it. Nobody enjoys the experience, it sucks to be wired up. But, the reward is potentially life-affecting. A spa would be nice, so is better sleep. Stop complaining & sleep well.
